Individual Development contains the projects that teach us the skills, crafts, and talents that our members are most interested in learning. These skills range from time-management, public speaking, CPR, web page design, and personal investing to selling a home, anger management, gardening, cooking, and parenting methodology.

Individual Development also includes the activites that many of our members are interested in - social events. Dinner and card parties, holiday parties, picnics and canoeing trips, rock climbing and white water rafting trips are all be part of individual develpoment.

Individual Development is very popular because many of us joined the Jaycees to meet other people either for business or personal reasons or both.

The projects and activities in ID and all of the Jaycees are created with FUN in mind. The important thing is that our members decide what they want to do and learn; then we have FUN doing it together.
