			The Saline Jaycees are about meeting people. We have a monthly event that is designed specifically as a social gathering of both members and non-members.			The best leaders do not create followers; the best leaders create other leaders. That is what the Jaycees are all about. We teach people to be leaders by giving them the opportunity to lead.
			The most rewarding projects are those which benefit those in our community who need help. Sometimes they need our money, sometimes they need our time, sometimes they need our youthful enthusiasm. Jaycees have discovered that making others feel good makes us feel good.			We Get the Job Done The Saline Jaycees have built a reputation locally for getting the tough jobs done.
